At Smoked Mixology, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to truly savor the ritual. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. Below is our comprehensive policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unburned (for wood smokers), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Important Notice Regarding Butane Fuel

Please Read Carefully: Due to strict international shipping regulations regarding hazardous materials, our torch lighters are shipped EMPTY and do NOT contain butane gas. We do not sell butane fuel.

Butane must be purchased separately at your local hardware store or online.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at info@smokedmixology.com

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us immediately if

The item is defective.

The item is damaged during shipping.

You received the wrong item.

Please send a photo of the issue to info@smokedmixology.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately. For damaged, we will typically offer a free replacement sent via expedited shipping.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Used wood chips or charred smoker tops (unless there is a structural defect).

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of gift cards.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you have a defective component (e.g., a torch that won't ignite after proper filling), please contact support. 

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a label was provided by us).
